After fixing my command I was able to successfuly audit a windows 2008 server machine. Something to note is that you must go into the "Windows Firewall with advanced security" under administrator tools and turn off the firewall for all three zones (public, private, and domain) this was what I had to do to get teh script to run after fixing my command syntax.
